I had the absolute pleasure of talking with Julian Mendez of William Woods University. Coach Mendez has the distinction of being the inaugural Head Football Coach at William Woods, as the private university begins play in the NAIA in the fall of 2024.
Coach Mendez comes to Fulton, as a first-time head coach after spending the past several seasons as an assistant, with most recently spending time at Odessa High School in West Texas.
