The BYU Cougars have wrapped up training camp and Jake Hatch kicked off the show with takeaways from BYU football media availability with Kalani Sitake, Jay Hill and Aaron Roderick on the depth charts and their standouts from training camp.

Jake then got a chance to talk one-on-one with BYU cornerback Mory Bamba as the two discussed his transition from the junior college ranks, adapting to playing Power 5 football and his excitement level to play in the Big 12 Conference.

Finally, the show wrapped up with a celebration of the five-year anniversary of the show along with a look back at a tough ot stomach loss to the East Carolina Pirates that capped a four-loss October for BYU in 2022.
